Tinned Copper Wire

Applications: Mine cables, soft cables and marine cables used for rubber insulation are used as conductive cores, as well as outer shielding braided layers and brush wires for cables. Copper tin plating can prevent the insulation rubber from sticking, the wire core is black and brittle, and the weldability is improved. Therefore, tin-plated copper wire can prevent oxidation-reduction reaction and produce copper green; can increase heat dissipation; can improve conductivity, improve the performance of the wire.

Features: The tin-plated copper wire has a bright and uniform appearance without any abnormalities such as tin removal, black spots, cracks, burrs, yellowing and tin residue.
